| The diving in Vieques was good (shore dive off Mosquito Pier), but I didn't get to dive the south side of the island as planned (supposedly much better). Seeing a trio of Spotted Eagle Rays was a highlight. The snorkeling around this island was great too. Green Beach on the west side was the best. |
